During Winter Retreat, Bhante Gunaviro will not be available for drop-in hours or discussions after the meal. Observance Days will continue as scheduled.

Dear Dhamma Practitioners,
We warmly invite you to join us for a one-day meditation retreat guided by Bhante Guṇavīro. This is a precious opportunity to step out of busyness, cultivate mindfulness, and receive direct guidance from a monastic teacher in a peaceful and supportive environment.
Throughout the day, Bhante will offer practical instructions on how to apply the Four Noble Truths and the Noble Eightfold Path both in formal meditation and in daily life.
Participants may also choose to undertake the Eight Precepts for the day to deepen mindfulness, contentment, and simplicity.

Schedule
9:00 AM — Opening, Taking Refuge, Five Precepts / Eight Precepts
10:30 AM — Meal Offering
12:00 PM — Dhamma Talk
Afternoon: Walking meditation and sitting meditation continue.
Participants may alternate between walking and sitting every 30 minutes.
2:30 PM — Guidance for Practice from Bhante Guṇavīro
5:00 PM — End-of-day Sharing & Q&A
6:00 PM — Closing
